When we have confronted major change in our lives we can emerge in a very different place. Patterns of our old life including family, friendships, relationships and work, may seem less relevant. We may look the same on the outside but our life has fundamentally shifted on the inside.
The Next Step extends key learnings from previous Quest courses in strong new ways and takes them to a new level. In this program we explore a practical spirituality that infuses our every waking moment. It also provides an opportunity to review our understanding of the skills and strategies presented in Quest courses and find new ways of dealing with difficult emotions. This is a stimulating and enriching journey of discovery about who we are, how we can access our intuition and truly live the life we were born to live.
